What’s covered
We warrant that the installation workmanship performed by Cabinet Bazaar crews will be free from defects for three (3) years from the date your project is completed. If a covered workmanship issue arises in that time, we’ll repair or correct it at no charge.
Manufacturer warranties
Cabinets, countertops, hardware, and other products carry their own manufacturer warranties, which we pass through to you. These cover product defects (separate from installation workmanship), and we’re happy to help you file a manufacturer claim.
What’s not covered
- Normal wear and tear, or natural changes in wood grain and finish color over time.
- Misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper cleaning and maintenance.
- Water, moisture, or heat damage from leaks, appliances, or the environment.
- Customer-supplied materials, or products and work installed by others.
- Alterations, repairs, or modifications made by anyone other than Cabinet Bazaar.
- Acts of nature, settling of the home, or structural movement.
How to make a claim
Contact us at (210) 773-2799 or [email protected] within the warranty period and describe the issue (photos help). We’ll schedule an inspection and, if it’s a covered workmanship defect, correct it promptly.
Transferability
This workmanship warranty applies to the original purchaser at the original installation address and is not transferable unless agreed to in writing.
