Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Last updated: July 2026
Cabinet Bazaar ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy describes the information we collect when you visit cabinetbazaar.com, request an estimate, or contact our showroom, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit a form, request a quote, or contact us, we collect details such as your name, phone number, email address, and the project information you choose to share (room type, products of interest, budget range, timeline, and any notes).
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log basic technical data such as your browser type, device, and the pages you view. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site (for example, which pages are popular and how people navigate); it sets first-party cookies and processes usage data under Google's privacy policy. We also use Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure how well our ads work; these set their own cookies and receive the pages you view and basic interactions (such as tapping a phone number or opening the 3D designer). This helps us keep the site working, improve it, and stop paying for ads that don't reach real customers.
How we use your information
- To respond to your estimate request, answer questions, and provide quotes.
- To schedule showroom visits, deliveries, and installations.
- To follow up about your project and, occasionally, to share relevant offers — you can opt out at any time.
- To operate, maintain, and improve our website.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business (for example, our form-delivery provider or installers), and only as needed to serve you. We may also disclose information if required by law.
For advertising measurement we share limited data with Meta Platforms, Inc. and Google LLC. When you submit a form, we may send Meta and Google a hashed (irreversible, one-way-scrambled) version of your email address and phone number — and, to Meta, your IP address and browser type — so they can tell us which ads produced real estimate requests. The hashing happens before the data leaves your browser or our server. Meta does not receive your name, your project notes, or any photos you upload, and the hashed values cannot be turned back into your email or phone number.
Cookies
Our site uses minimal cookies needed for basic functionality, plus Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies and the Meta Pixel's _fbp cookie, which help us measure site usage and ad performance. Embedded content such as Google Maps may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings.
Data security & retention
We take reasonable steps to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal and business obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you've shared with us by calling or emailing the contacts below. To stop receiving follow-up messages, just let us know. You can also email [email protected] to ask that your information not be shared for targeted advertising, and you can manage ad personalization directly in Meta's ad settings and Google's My Ad Center.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent version.
