What can be returned, the condition required, and how to start a return.

This Return Policy explains which items can be returned and how. For how money is refunded, see our Refund Policy.

What can be returned

  • Eligible: Unused, unassembled stock cabinets and hardware in their original packaging and re-sellable condition.
  • Not eligible: Custom or special-order items, cut or fabricated countertops, assembled cabinets, clearance items, and anything modified, installed, or damaged after delivery.

Return window

Eligible stock items may be returned within the window stated on your receipt or order. Items must be in original condition with proof of purchase. A restocking fee may apply, as noted on your order.

Condition & packaging

To protect your refund, please keep items in their original boxes and protective materials until you're sure you're keeping them. Returns that arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging may not qualify.

How to start a return

  1. Contact our showroom with your order details before returning anything, so we can confirm eligibility and give you instructions.
  2. Bring the item to 5601 Bandera Rd, Suite 100, San Antonio, TX, or arrange a return as directed.
  3. Once we inspect and approve the return, your refund is handled per our Refund Policy.

Damaged or wrong items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us right away — we'll cover the cost of making it right with a replacement or refund.
